We sang that song at our wedding, and that is one reason it will always hold a special place in my heart. The other (and significantly more important) reason is this:

I listened to an old podcast by Ben Stuart this morning and he was saying that a lot of times our response to the fact that 'He is risen!' is 'Yeah ok.' So may we spend this Easter with a true response of excitement for the fact that we serve the one and only God who is risen, and an appreciation for the sacrifices it took to get there.
